Service is not very bad, but impossible to convers with, bot don't have options , it's the only service which where you can't convers

Very poor service. I had sen the parcel from another courier in one day from kolkata to Delhi and dtdc take so much time 7 days.

Pathetic service.. Your delivery person not even try to call the receiver and very casually write that consignee was not available. Bad bad bad service

My package status was updated as delivered but no body came to my address or not call. How it can be delivered without I tell them OTP. Please deliver my package soon. Reference no. F32012142

Its been around 4 days when my parcel was couriered and 2 days my parcel has reached to jaipur but not delivered while you say that you deliver it very fast. Although i was told that on the very next day ill receive it but it is still at your hand. It was reached to jaipur on sunday. I hope you will deliver it because it is urgent.

my parcel No :-Z39797765 no one call me and my office is open. How can you keep door locked. In update. Ok if it is door locked. You must call to me. This is 4 Time face this problem. That's why I don't came to office. Because 3 times I picked parcel from your office.

Dtdc is not a responsible company they bluff people giving silly reason.my parcel is arrive in destination on friday today is Tuesday they are not attending phone call.tracking shows wrong address but it is false.i called customer care and they told me address and my phone number is ok.

My parcel took 10 days to arrive from Delhi to Kolkata. Whereas other companies deliver within four to five days. DTDC is not even eligible for 1 star.
