It's very pathetic service DTĎC, I was suppose to get the delivery on 3th April but I get a message in night 11:00 pm tries to deliver the product but couldn't deliver but the fact is I didn't get any call from DTDC. I registered the complaint but no follow up I don't think DTDC understand what is Customer service. Today again I had to do a follow up to listen that it will take 2 more days to deliver. Very disappointed with DTDC service.

I really fed up with DTDC courier service.Last 7days they are making fool yet parcel not received first and last mistake I have done. Next time I ll never do mistake to send parcel from DTDC Services. Worst service I have ever seen. Even staff also very rude.
