My courier stucked in Hyderabad from 18/04/24... Always shows at tracking in Hyderabad... From last four days... Really very bad experience first time... Sorry to say. What happened to DTDC

Very pathetic service. Sandila agent Ms Daya Enterprise is rude and unprofessional. A courier from Lucknow to Sandila took 3 days and still undelivered.

Such a pathetic service. I recommend no one to choose DTDC. My package was dispatched on 15th April from Delhi to Gurgaon still not delivered after 8 days

Always delayed with wrong reasons. Without attempting, mentioned as door lock or not available eventhough we are very well at home whole day. They don't even make a call and inform for the delay.

My parcel has arrived at Delhi on 18th April from Thane, but not yet delivered. More over the online status of the courier is also not updated. Very unprofessional approach

Very worst service ever I ve seen by DTDC.... I've ordered d parcel on 3rd April stil i did receive it.... More than 15days

The delivery person are always upset me. Product not delivered but the courier partner showing on website it's already delivered. I ordered the product 4th April 2024. But iam not received the parcel. Iam suffering from customers.

On Time Delivery, Very Good Service. Value For Money.
