It was given the word that the parcel will be delivered on Monday 8th April 2024 ,But sad part is on 12 th April 2024 it is reflecting on transit, very poor service ,people look for the name but now it's good to take service of small courier service providers . This happening for the second for the same route and address , And I can make out the careless contribution in the service .Disaster company and its service . All the best to march towards decline

Now I understood the reason behind decline of DTDC. My packet is out for delivery since last 3 days. Thank God it's COD. Best wishes DTDC

Dont use dtdc services....worst service I have seen before. Almost 6...8 days they will take for short distance...
