Very slow service

The worst courier service. Please don't use this. Order not even picked up for two days. Made us sit for two hours to make them ship the package. It's not even crossed Pune. They're saying it's shipped via air but it's going through road. It's been four days its not even crossed Pune. I don't know when it'll reach Vizag.

Worst service in pune it does not show any update also take longer time than assign faces 4-5 times with dtdc

No door delivery available in colachel.... Always telling no delivery boy here, so we should take the parcel from their office...So I decided not to send any parcel through DTDC in future

So fast delivered

Very worst response, 15 days over not delivered no proper response please stop your operations

What kind of service you guys are gave to customer.this kind of shameless things are not acceptable. If you guys have arrived to deliver location then why you don't call me Vary bad experience with DTDC next time I never used your DTDC courier service

Their service is STUPENDOUSLY POOR and when I read the reviews section, I learnt they are SHAMELESS about it. I had raised a query and they promptly responded after 14 days asking if I'm alive since I had a parcel of medicine booked through them. SHAMELESS FELLOWS

Very bad service please don't go for this , on 6 th April in express mode we had booked our parcel till today not received it and no idea where it is exactly
