- Didn't get any call from delivery boy and changed status two time by RECEIVER DONT WANT TO RECEIVE - Called 5-6 time in customer care but no result. Every time they have same answer. Will receive courier tomorrow - Finally courier returned to banglore without inform. - Complaints raised but didn't take single action - Wrost service I have ever seen by any courier service company

Its customer care number is not working.... mobile number mentioned in website is not working....very pathetic company. From last 18 days there are not delivered my courier.... I don't know why....?

Worst ever service by DTDC. I was supposed to get my order on 28th March but its 2nd April already and I haven’t received it yet. When i tried calling them they forced me to pay extra money. Worst worst worst!

Booked a letter for Delhi On 29 th March 2024,from Rajnandgaon in Chattisgarh. unbelievable that it is still not reached its destination and tracking shows it has not even reached Nagpur. Wondering what is the solution !

Pathetic services, till yet not received the assignment. Handover to mohali branch on Saturday and suppose to be deliver on Monday. But still it shows in Ambala. Bad experience

Without checking properly address how items giving to wrong address

This is absolutely disastrous experience. The parcel was supposed to get delivered on 31st March. But it is almost evening of 1st April and they haven't delivered yet. Although the parcel is already at their hub.
