Consignment sent on 27/3/2024 and today is 31/3/2024 still till day delivery is not received and the route between sender and receiver is just 3 hours according to me service is not upto the mark and need improve

I have booked one Docket no D 73775468 on 28th March from Nagarcoil to Ajmer still packet hold at Ahmedabad and customer care team response are very worst and saying that we are senior no one other in company. I request everyone not to book any package through DTDC I had paid Rs1330/- for 6kg.
