Payment given for express courier Told me that will be delivered in office time today but still not delivered Very bad…shame on you

Previously DTDC delivery services are top.now it's too bad ...too late service..very bad

Now a days India Post is better than DTDC. Thy do not update their parcel timely

Dilivery Boy Not Reached at home . Every parsal mentioned There contact & clear Address . But didn't reach & contact .Finally I personally go to Dtdc Hub Narayana & collect my parsal . My issue only when u send your Employee to Dilivery .pls re check & Confirm.there working

Worst service and response from DTDC, I have not received my parcel but they update it as delivered. After enquiry came to know that on my parcel, someone of DTDC has modified pincode number and parcel went to another location not my location. Its been nearly 10 days I have not received my parcel, worst and waste courier service

A parcel was sent from Paschim Vihar Delhi on 22 nd March.Today is 27 th March I didn't recieved yet.The delivery boy is making fool and putting wrong info about the tracking false delivery reports are making just like pin code is wrong and incorrect address.They actually ate My parcel so they are not delivering where a customer will find it's going to many hands in the company members but not reaching to My destination

Parcel not received till date. When I searched consignment tracking status then a message show i.e. "Receiver Requested delivery on another date" But I have not received any call or mail regarding this. Kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue.

Pathetic service by customer care team. Misguided on delivery time for three consecutive days, haven't received my delivery since a week.
