Previously DTDC delivery services are top.now it's too bad ...too late service..very bad

Worst experience no proper updates on website.. Not even proper response from service support. My package still not reachd from 1 week

A food packet was air booked for Bengaluru pin code 560 035, the same was changed to 560 036. Because of the pen change the parcel got very much delayed. Only after a lot of calls to customer care centre, it could be delivered. It was not handled professionally n properly resulting in food items getting broken in pieces.. very bad experience.

Horrible experience. The parcel was booked for pin code 560 035, how the same word changed to 560 036 is a surprise to me. Because of the same, The packet was delivered one day late. Moreover, it contained the food items and the packet was not handle properly and professionally. That is why the contents were broken into pieces.

3rd class service.

Poor delivery in g.noida third time I m also mail but no response today noida Apex phone switch off whole day

Very bad and 3rd class service of DTDC, not giving updates, not showing online proper status of shipment,

A very bad experience ridiculous I mean I ve never seen such a bloody service a parcel is on its destination but the lazy workers are unable to proceed due to there laziness and return back the parcel adress and phone no are already mentioned in parcel

It's very best place for courier, and item delivered timely.

Very bad experience. There is a racket behind the team. From origin first cause to wrong pin code. At the destination ask for money through debit card or credit card/net banking. This is crime. I am class 1 9th scale senior citizen retired from top post. I am seeking very serious.All the conversations and quarry proof is still I have. This is warning, please do honestly work and business.

I have placed one envelop at Chinsurah DTDC collection center for sending to Newtown on 18th March'24 at 7pm & it has delivered on 21st March '24 at 2pm. Chinsurah to Newtown is 62Km away & delivered time comes almost 65 hrs. Is it the service of DTDC?

I am Rajat Saini from kurukshetra. My parcel delivery date was 19 march. But when I contact to customer care they said shipment is in Ambala, but ambala team said shipment is in Baddi(Himachal pradesh) , Now baddi team says it is in Delhi...... Nobody told the reality.. This is medical shipment.. Worst experience ever

Worst experience I have reach, I got a message from DTDC that my parcel has been delivered but I don't receive yet .please don't order anything from DTDC.

The sub branch manager of DTDC from kulgam Jammu and kashmir told me that he will take 5 days to deliver my parcel, it is juss 5 kms from my house, he said either you come to get the parcel by yourself or I will take 5 days
