My parcel is showing it's delivered, but not yet delivered, they don't even mention the delivery boy 's number, raising a query is also in vain. Extremely poor management. Not at all worthy to choose this.

I am single male parent since 2020 my wife died due to cancer i admit my son in boring school in Himachal due my busy seducing I sech a service track i send many items even food items also by DTDC service now I feel this service is my life partner & mother for my son i proud on you love you DTDc

Very Poor service. You don't inform the customers that you don't have delivery to that particular pincode address. When the parcel arrives at your nearest branch, you people ask the customer to come and take the parcel. Your Pondicherry Branch Manager is very impolite. He never try to redress the problem of his customer. Finally your person could not deliver the parcel to my address. I was asked to come and collect the parcel from a place which is 5 kms from the destination address. I would not recommend to others to use your courier.

It's to harder to get courier in time without coming to spot of delivery system tracking update unable to reach or consignment sent back What the he'll is going on with dtdtc It's not once often It's happening in Frazer town dtdtc courier branch My 2 nos parcel contain very important documents still It's not delivered On contacting no proper response It's too horrible I suggest not to use dtdtc courier once again

Can't even tell poor service,bcoz there is no service at all. Everytime I have to go and pick my parcel, they will never deliver. Irresponsible old age men are sitting at Potheri office for no use. They are Cooley saying agents are not willing to go....pathetic
