Very poor service

I havent received the courier yet, it's just 60 KM away. Worst server ever seen.. no updates at all.

I Phone 2 DTDC Service number. Always busy.After some Somebody call me and asking to send rs 2 through gpayfor urgent delivery. I it will be some fraudulent activity having my number from DTDC service center. The call from the number is +919951054182

Not provided delivery at doorstep.He denied and called me to his office for parcel delivery.

3rd class service, Never received call. No delivery on time. Why are dtdc in courier service it could be in toilet chamber cleaning service. If chamber nt clean in time people will throw potty in there office.

Very poor and slow service

This is some kind of a spam. They are looting people’s money by asking them to pay and keeping the parcels on hold for no reason. We call the customer care service and they call from a different number. Do not fall into this trap. Also they show parcel as delivered and they don’t even move it. I’m gonna complain to the police.

Speed post is taking 1 week time, then how come its named as a speed post

Poor service, parcel is kept in Bangalore only for couple of days for no reason, and then delivered to Mangalore address. If we sent it by other courier service, it would have reached in known time. Please focus on delivery service.
