DTDC is no more trust worthy. They don't deliver on time. The Time has come up to close down DTDC.

Since last three days your tracking system is showing out for delivery and late in evening I receive message that unable to deliver because of higher volumes Well if you receive higher volumes you have to upgrade your delivery system to handle those volumes. I don't know when will I receive my parcel. My tracking I.d is D79881871. I think you don't have enough staff for delivery. The most pathetic service among all courier companies.

I hv been waiting for this parcel as it is very urgent. Noone has contacted me or come to my door but the message for 29th Feb is recorded as delivery not possible due to non availability of the person which is Not true. I need my parcel and pls deliver it atleast today. Disgusting that your delivery boys are such liars and fraudsters.

Very bad services

A parcel was shipped on 10 February 2024 via DTDC AWB# D83744740. It is stuck at Jaipur Apex since 13 February 2024. No further update. I called helpline but she said it had reached destination but there is no update in tracking data upon asking further questions she turned furious and treated me badly. WORST CARRIER... I WILL NEVER CHOOSE THEM...
