DTDC reviews

One important courier was supposed to be delivered today but at the end of the day I got the message that not delivered. Things which should be improved. 1) The customer service should be available beyond their operational time of 9AM to 6PM. 2) When courier is out gor delivery please provide the delivery agent contact number. 3) Whenever the delivery was not made successfully ww get message "Receiver was not available" whereas there was no effort has been nade by the delivery guy to deliver the courier. 4) Please take ratings and comments seriously. I can see rating is around 2/5 and most of the people have mentioned the same query that I have mentioned here.

good ,received notification time to time regarding delivery keep it high

Charged Rs 350 for 2.700kg and didn't provide recipt this service is very bad as they take high rates and has not rate chat. Very worst service must be banned including the DTCT center Bemina.

I ordered an item in Amazon the seller sent that item by dtdc courier on 08/02/24 but still now I am not received that while tracking there is no update showing in transist how many days took to courier more than ten days

It's Third class service, worst experience, it has been 4days I did not receive my parcel no status no Calles, when I call customer service they said it's out of delivery since two days, it is DTDC Air Service.third class customer care and third class service.

While tracking it's showing out for delivery but still not received the courier

We have supposed to get a parcel today. But still it is not delivered. And we call customer care service, very bad apporoach by him. He tells is to pay extra 5 rs. Please give our parcel on time. It is very important to us. Our no is V89552911

I didn't recieved my parcel but shown delivered to Hyderabad on Friday i am tamilnadu clearly mentioned as a tamilnadu i don't understand what is the activity

Worst possible courier. And worst staff when contacted on phone after numerous tries and huge efforts.

Not a good experience this time my package is found opened from one side and boxes therein contains article broken and damaged. This shows negligence and mis handing in transit

Why is it that no one answer call on toll free no.nor on numbers given on the website very annoying … we’re paying the charges and giving you our belongings with faith n trust but you guys are least bothered to even give us an update about the parcel will suggest your courier service to appoint an efficient staff so that we feel safe with DTDC
