Very bad service. Parcel reached Agarpara on 8th February but still now (13th February) it's not delivered.

One of the worst ever service. Just updating tracking status and not delivering on time.Even after raising complaint they didn't deliver or consider it as priority. For shipping from nearest location within 12 kms it almost took 6 days Don't use this service at any cost

Worst service.Even after mentioning correct address with pin code, error was done while typing in computer [ 575004 was pincode, written as 515004] Parcel still not reached destination

Take phone number for notification updates....not gmail....what your team has researched about ease of doing business...I don't understand actually

DTDC courier service is one of the most hopeless services. They take money a lot , promises for best services but not send the actual address. They call the receivers to collect their good to their district godown. I'll never send through DTDC.
