One of the worst service. One of my urgent courier reached today after almost a week from Kolkata. I get the message from DTDC that my courier is out for delivery in the morning. Finally it reached at 5.30 pm. Absolutely bad. Customer care don't take the call.

We have Booked on DTDC courier on Friday. For regular follow-up not delivered still now. We asked Bangalore office they said that Tuticorin office as already received the courier, Still the courier is not yet delivered to my person and forced to go directly and collect from the office. This is the way of DTDC is working.

You won't find such a worst and irresponsible service in the coutry. Jeyem, Aps, Vrl, bullet cargo etc are too best
