The worst courier service. I give zero stars,they don't call or attemp to deliver, but just send back the parcel to the origin. I will never usd dtdc again

Parcel is too late... Post office is much better. Very poor customer care.. Customer care staff will speak in hindi only tgey don't know English.. Pathetic situation. Really disappointed with the service..

Worst services. We never get the consignment delivered at our doorsteps even though we pay for it. Everytime we need to personally collect it from their place.
