Dtdc doesn't require even a single star, service is very very..... poor. Please avoid dtdc courier in near future .

Do not blame the service the service is good as per their responsibility they are delivering on time, no doubt customer service or phone call may be irritating due to busy or not response, if u have opted blue dartor other expensive service like DHL ,FedEx that would be faster compare to DTDC, jaisa daam waisa kaam It's all the matter of service you choosen Thanks

Worst courier service of India and I don't think they have any customer service . No response after calling several times.

Parcel couriered on 7th but last update is still 9th. Customer care does not respond. If I would have sent by India post it would.have reached fastee
