Not only slow delivery, still not arrived to destination which i was booked on 1/12/23.Saying it is in transit.

Parcel book on 7 December 2023 and today 10 December 23 till I can't receive my parcel from ujjain to adilabad

very poor service. i will not suggest anyone to do courier with dtdc.

Its service is terribly poor. Don't try to send Important Documents

The item is not delivered. The delivery neither come nor call me in phn and ask for delivery code. It a cheating. I will take legal action . Pls investigate and arrange for delivery.

Correct delivery in no time delay, excellent management for securing items.

At Belpahar the parcel was deposited at 11.30 AM on Friday to be delivered at Bhubaneswar. The delivery boy confirmed that it will ne delivered in the next day. But unfortunately it has not been delivered by Sunday noon.

Correct delivery on time and secured items.

One District One person is terrible service.

What tell me, I left the item on 4th, yet to reach the address, what to say, there is no response, nothing is there, my stuff is there

Very slow and Costly service

X41781752 was booked from Delhi to Darlipali (pin code-770072). On 08.12.23, the parcel reached at Jharsuguda which is 30 km from destination. I received a call from DTDC Jharsuguda that they cannot delivery at doorstep and insisted to receive from the office. When DTDC can not deliver here, why they are booking for any particular pin code? Why consumers are paying for express delivery? It is not expected from a reputed company like DTDC.
