They never called me up for delivery purpose but it has been mentioned that the customer is unavailable how it is possible without knowing how this people can return my parcel back to the same place from where it has been dispatched very much disappointed with this courier system

Worst courier service ever. They have misplaced courier of mine before & also take additional days to deliver courier’s which ideally should be delivered the next day.
