Very bad delivery organisation. Unprofessional, I was home still they did not deliver the item and the reason they gave door was locked. No calls no ringing door bell and not even entered the society.

Very bad service my consignment No. E77098120 dt.05.12.2023 from Gurgaon to Chennai, Pallavaram is still not delivered. I have paid Rs. 650 for urgent delivery your representative assured me for delivery before 04 PM.But it is hopeless service.

Very bad service i thought that DTDC was good from other transport service but i was wrong my parcel has not delivered yet it has been almost 4 day. When i am trying to contact the customer care they are not picking my call i had call them serval times. I have to send medicines in serval part of India’s for the patients through the courier service but that courier service is very worst. I also suggest my friends that they should not use DTDC service in future. Very pathetic experience.
