Sent items with normal expectations and surprisingly items delivered two days before expected date that too almost on each and every occasion

Booked on1 December today is 9 December still not received worst service never go DTC very bad experience in Life no response of call not receiving call daily fifteen call not receiving it's big mistake from me at Mumbai fort office booking

Worst logistics ever, better go for postal service or other logistics. This dtdc only for looting money and not maintaining the promise date's. I've made a shipment for an order and for faster delivery they charged me 400rs and also they haven't delivered on the time after 2 days also. When I'm trying to call they are telling all the customer care guys busy wait for some time after waiting for 6 to 10min they will cut the call. Same thing happening from last 3 days.

DTDC TRACKING -T21000879 DTDC SERVICE IS VERY POOR DUE TO WITHOUT INFORM TO ME AND CONSIGNMENT RETURN BECAUSE NOT DELIVERED SAME ADDRESS. IF NOT DELIVERY SAME ADDRESS I WILL RECIEVE THE DTDC DARBHANGA. ITS VERY REDICULAS AND WATE MY MOEY AND TIME.
