The delivery guys should atleast call once before trying to delivery or redeliver. Can't expect people to be at home all times expecting that DTDC courier guys will turn up finally. Now they are saying I need to pay extra for redelivery..

Service is very poor and hopeless. They don’t bother th deliever the packet on time even having all the details phone number etc and don’t bother th contact the sender nor the receiver. Both will keep waiting, when the packet will come even after paying the charges on highest side. It is very disgusting. Pl avoid these of courier.
