Customer Care Center response very poor. Booked a parcel from Pune to Mumbai 2 days back still not received, when contacted C C Center was informed server down and will get the update only after 2 hrs..

I would have given zero star if one was not the minimum to rate. Worst services, Pune to Noida parcel is still not delivered after 10 days also

One of the most pauper companies. Booked a parcel on 9/11/23 and till today not delivered. No action and update . Incidentally the package contained food item and I believe that the hungry beggars of DTDC have eaten away the contents of the pacer .

Dtdc did not complete their commitment. In u.p. to u.p.they take 6 7 days time . And charge more money than post office

The service is very poor and the customer care team is also of no use, they charge the agent and are not able to update the final package even in 7 days for a distance of 200 km. The license of DTDC company should be cancelled.
