Nic courier facility but taking more time to deliver.pls do fast your service

Worst service ever not delivering the package on time and been rude and hanging up the phone.

Delivery commitment 5 day's delivery address Australia paid amount totaly but still not delivered courier urgently situation but DTDC COURIER IS NOT GOOD SERVICE PLEASE

Worst service. Poor customer care service. No proper contact details of any office or person. The phone number given in website is not in use Within city limit of Bangalore even after one month they are not able to deliver the courier or atleast they dont have the courtesy to inform the receiver or sender. Worst service I never seen

Most pathetic, unprofessional staff , literally they abuse , they charged for single day delivery and parcel is still undelivered. Please don’t waste money on this pathetic service

Not knowing actual status of the parcel sent from tolichowki booked on 25.11.23 having sweets and Kara...eatables may perish if taken such long duration to reach destination..authorities to look into the matter,expedite delivery.
