I have not receive courier but states shows deliver, how it possible? Customer Care Not receiving call. Very very irresponsible service

C37766041 Courier booked on 8th November and still not delivered, already 20 days over and the consignment is in RTO stage and not yet returned.Ticket closed and mail replied as material delivered.. Worst service..No service availability from Coimbatore to Trivandrum which is revealed after 20 days of booking the consignment.

Worst service normal service of other couriers are better than dtdc express service

3rd class service . worst experience ever

Pathetic experience with DTDC courier, courier booked one month before from Coimbatore to Trivandrum and I am surprised to see the status after 10 days it's in RTO stage due to no service at Trivandrum, but still not returned the same even after several mail communications and closed the ticket as the parcel delivered...pls look into this on emergency basis. I didn't received my parcel and you people saying you delivered let me tell I don't share my OTP with anyone your delivery boy how can your person delivered with out otp number. I think you people cheated on me I will complaint to your head office

The worst and hopeless service provider in India.

The worst service from DTDC. my shipment unnecessarily moves here and there because of mistake of dtdc franchise. (though on address right pin is mentioned but franchise mentioned wrong pin code mentioned by him) still my concern is not resolved and no one told the exact deliver date of the shipment.

Yesterday it showed in madhavaram hub Chennai out for delivery Today 28.11.2023 it showed out for delivery madhavaram branch (Ayanavaram) called madhavaram branch one lady answered today morning it's in Ayanavaram branch u must contact them now the madhavaram branch lady switched off her phone Very Bad experience If they are not going to deliver I'm going to go to police station tomorrow AdvElizabeth

courier booked on 22nd at Hyderabad still not find the correct location still I'm waiting my parcel very worst service.

Booked courier on 24th atKochi and has left kochi for Mumbai. Still not delivered in Pune and only showing in Transit. Promised 3 days.

I request to you DTDC , please don't take parcel where your service is not available, today I received my parcel 16 km away my home after paying a delevery charge
