Sending messages of delivery etc to my email though I have not sent anything through DTDC. This is despite my repeated pointing outs to them.

Parcel booked on 17th November and I received the parcel on 22nd November. Booked premium Service and parcel travelled via Siliguri Airport, Kolkata Airport, Mumbai Airport and Ahmedabad Airport and finally reached in 5 days. Excellent service DTDC.

In the status parcel was delivered, but the reciever didn't received the parcel. Even the delivery man have basic knowledge to take the reciever details. Even the customer care and agents no body is helping in this issue. I lost my parcel
