Parcel still not received after reaching at main office, pathetic service provider since 3 days parcel pending , and asking me to get it myself hopeless service DTDC

I didn't received my order but it was seen delivered? How it's possible?

Poor experience...scammers ..don't deliver package and then send unsolicited links to charge you..God knows what links they are

It takes too much time to deliver the products It's been 10 days since I've ordered the product and till now couldn't get it

One of the worst customer service experience I ever have in my life..The CEO of DTDC is does not cross checked the customer service review in his lifetime that I believe..I would have rated them 0 star but fortunately 1 star is there...

My parcel reached on bhubaneswar and when I tracked the parcel then it was showing that it is out for delivery but not received and I called the customer care and the agent said the address is not updated and if you want the parcel urgently then I'm sending a link to your WhatsApp number there you have to click on the link and pay Rs 5 then your address will update and you will receive the parcel within 2 hours..but I directly denied to click the link that been sent to me and when I checked through Truecaller it was showing spam & fraud call.. beware of the customer care person..

Verry poor service not a proper information

They didn't call when they reached the place ....and they return and taking 14 days for again delivery.

DTDC is Worst service. I didn’t receive my parcel ، It’s showing delivered somewhere in andrapradesh It’s been more than 10 days if I call for some number got from google they are asking for 5rs & 2rs online payment which is fraud. Better to avoid DTDC

Very bad service doesn't call for delivery

Called me yesterday but article not delivered till now neither packing up the phone and their reputation in Shimla is not good, not trustworthy The phone 9805092090 from which I received call about delivery not responding and we still call private sector efficient but these thugs can't match reliablity of Indian Post
