Not deliver proper location. Not Dore to dore service. Many times parcel damage Unhappy.

Parcel reached before time but it's handling was not proper due to which plastic container inside of the parcel bok got cracked.

Very disappointing courier company. I booked a parcel on 14.11.2023. The booking agent assured that the item will be delivered latest by 18.11.2023 whereas the consignment has not yet been delivered at destination and lying at nearest dtdc facility since 17.11.2023 but awaiting delivery. Very irresponsible company

Most lousiest courier service you can ever think off. Cheated me by charging double the amount of other couriers yet do not know delivery status in tracking. The don't answer phones.

Verg very patethic componey. They have to stop this service bcz it's never give service to customer. And customer service number is also very very bed bcz it's never reaches to a person. For my courier I have to struggle it to get after 10 days form ahemdabad to bangalore and after running to a different centre they all r useless for our courier information. Really very pathetic hopelesss componey.

I placed a order on nov14 till today i'm not received that courier .There is no responce from customer care service almost one weak completed there is no update.very worst service
