Too late delivery

Never ever use this courior service.... They are totally scam... I bought a part from Harley Davidson on 15/11/2023 and they courier the product on the same date... Later on when I asked them about the teaching number, they showed me a slip in which date given is 17/11/23... Today it is 20/11/23 i didn't received the parcel.... The HD showroom was just 55kms away from me... I could have collect the parcel from there but couldn't because of my mother's health issue. Now after so many days when I started calling them their behaviour was so rude... They don't know how to talk.... Basstards... Rubbish.... It was better that I must have collected the parcel by myself... Costing would be same... But paying so much money on courier, why am I not getting my product at the right time.... Why should I listen to their nuisance.... If any higher authority(DTDC) reading my complaint please look after this... Contact me and get my product delivered.... Otherwise shut down your company, it's of no use... Cannot rate zero, so rating 1

Worst service... don't approach in emergency

Very very worst service..... I never seened this type of courier service... useless and money waste .. they are taking high value of money.. but they are keeping more days and after some days sending courier..... if emergency don't approach this courier service

Iam at home and got msg door is locked not available, what the worst service is yours , I paid 320 rs just for 20 gms cover note, for fast deliver given 5 days back still I didn't get it , very worst service dtdc ,

Asking for additional charges and I sent a parcel on 8th November still is is not delivered very disappointed

Hi I have received message from DTDC couldn't be delivered due to Door locked. My door is open I am available at my home why you are sending this message to me. What kind of service you are provide, really very bad service.

Delivery service is poor , consignment couriered on 11th november 2023 received on 20th november 2023 even lying at vadodara on 12th such poor service rather speed post has better service and courier boy wanted Diwali baxis it worst than post office service which is improved
