Very poor service. Parcel service booked on 13/11/2023. Expected Delivery on 18/11/2023 (5-6 days) but now showing 22/11/2023.

Very Very poor and slow service, delivery too late, my parcel picked up from Mumbai on 4 Nov 2023 but not received by 20 Nov 2023 yet, I am very disappointed by dtdc courier service.

We have not received the material and in website it mentioned it as delivered. Never trust the delivery boys they have stolen the parcel now management is trying to cover their mistake. I have faced this issue in Karmanghat branch ( Gayatri Nagar).I don't know weather the consumer complaint will be taken action on such fraud cases??? Finally I lost my precious items....
