Very worst service last four days my document not received only my document rounding in delhi when will come to Chennai god only knows Hero fincorp why choose this service i don't know

Worst service.do not delivery parcel on time.

I’ve been shipping with them for over 2 years now and alhamdulillah no issues yet seems pretty smooth if you ask me

Bad service, I have purchase medicine from Mumbai Andheri and they pharmacy disturbtor did courrier those medicines by using Dtdc courrier service. BUT AFTER 5 DAYS ALSO I HABE NOT RECEIVED MEDICINE WITH IN MUMBAI IN 5 DAYS

Since 16th nov. It's out of delivery and to day19th nov still not came

Worst service. My friend send a parcel from delhi to chandigarh i didn't received it past six months whenever i contacted customer care they said there is some correction in adress and i need to take it by hand from delhi. I requested these nonsense people that if there is some correction in adress rectify it i will send you the correct adress, but they said no we can not. Finally i went to delhi to receive it by hand, they said you are late we can not locate your parcel now.... So this seems to be a fraud company

Worst service ..... DTDC never deliver on time.....always 1-2 days late.....now their customer executives use very abusive language on phone when we ask about parcel tracking details.... Never ever going to use dtdc service again

Costumer service is worst, always says the call is engaged. No proper contact details.

Very worst service parcle was delivery before 14th Nov but till date status shown out of delivery.
