Worst than worst service seen No worry about delivery after taking booking

Worst worst..they are frauds..when i called on the contact number the person says that to update website pin you need to first pay Rs 2 via gpay. They send you a whatspp link too.. whn i refused from past 3 days my parcel not come. Its a medicine that i order fr my mom from Parkovel based in kerela. Actually pleading with them to hand medicine to me..but they refusing. Unless i pay 2 rs that too only online. Parkovel pls stop using their service..

Very worst service and delivery guys are not professional. I have picked up my courier that time delivery. I'm here come here When I went there, I am not there, I just came here, you come here

I had an extremely disappointing experience with DTDC. The delivery service was not only late but also demonstrated a lack of reliability. Despite expecting a timely delivery, there was a considerable delay, leaving me frustrated. The overall service was far from satisfactory, and I'm dissatisfied with the level of professionalism exhibited. Improvement in punctuality and customer communication is highly recommended to enhance the overall service quality

Yesterday 18.11.2023 itself it's showing out of delivery... still I didn't received

Since 14th Nov it is in Varanasi apex ,where it was submitted its more than 6days still in Varanasi Apex

Most unprofessional and callous courier service. How can DTDC have a name in the market with the kind of approach and bad customer service. I have been waiting and constantly trying to contact them for my parcel. They keep putting things like ‘ Exception ‘ in the tracking history , when they don’t want to deliver the product. And all the helpline numbers etc are a forwarded number which disconnects our call when we try for help. Either this entire courier company is a fraud or poorly managed. Lost all trust !

I received an SMS yesterday, 19.11.23 that a document is out for delivery. There was a PIN also mentioned. After sometime, received another message saying the document has been delivered. No one called me, no one asked for PIN.. since I was not present at my address, I asked the security if any document has been received thru DTDC. Answer was negative. AWB no. V78162019

Totally fake... Very bad experience... Order is still not delivered and customer care asked to do payment of 2 rs for address verification... Then scams started...

Worst service... They not attemp call nd update in the app that door locked... 5-6 days my parcel shows that out for delivery by still not receive the parcel....

Can’t track my parcel, no update since 15 hours. 3rd class service

Worst service, courier sent on 16th and I was told it's 2 day delivery, courier supposed to reach Goa on 18th, today is 19th and the tracking shows the courier hasn't left the office yet. Unbelievable

Since 15th it is showing in transit supposed to be delivered by 18th still it showing in transit only
