Worst experience ever. My parcel has already reached my area. Still they're not delivering it. When called the DTDC guy, he denied to deliver my parcel on that day when had my parcel with him. It's been 2 days, no message nor mails are coming regarding the delivery. DTDC should be banned.

My order is not receive by me nd it's not deliver on right location plz check it nd send back to me

Very bad experience

Two of my parcels were lost , no update given on delivery no phone call is done , no OTP system , extremely irresponsible staff at the offices , they care the least , customer support is shit , they charge a hefty amount bt the service is just zero very very very unprofessional

Miss behaviour to courier office Banaras

Worst service , they take too much time to deliver and also we have to visit to their place for accepting the product.

DTDC should really improve its time limit to deliver the products and also ease of delivering the things. My product took 8 days to deliver, where even post office took only 3-4 days to deliver. Secondly, within the area of 3 km, the staff of DTDC says, u will have to collect the product from our office. We will not come. The product was just a small package with size of a palm. Literally I had to go to its office to accept it as if they are doing some favour for it. What the use of such service, why they have opened it if they can't deliver the things.

Most hopless service

The most hopeless services I have ever experienced in my life. Since 11 th of this month its on its way, yet not received. Very disappointing and will give you negative ratings .it does not get submitted without ratings so I had to give one rating but it does not deserve any rating
