Worst courier service I’ve came across. They are charging way beyond their competitors and in terms of delivery DTDC has stood worst. They took almost 13 days to deliver a courier from Maharashtra to Gujrat via Air. One of the worst courier service. I would have given minus rating.

Worst ever service in the world. Parcel booked on 9th Nov 23 from Kharghar to Panvel ( Hardly 10 km.) Not reached the distinction even after 10 days. No any feedback to complaint raised.
Pathetic
Parcel given on 14th.. till 16th this useless courier has done nothing about it. Not even in proper transit
