DTDC reviews

One of slowest courier service in India. Less educated people work in the organisation. They behave like illiterate. Their franchisees are unknoledgebl. Prefer to use Overnight or first flight.

Very poor service. The courier company should improve his service that public can be attract.

Very worst service & the charges are very high. DTDC should maintain his standard.

They lost my parcel

My courier didnot delever. But the tracking details showes it deleverd @pathankode 14th Nov.. What a bad and iresponsible serve

Very slow service

What has DTDC come to? It used to be a reliable courier service. Paid extra for urgent delivery, was assured that it will be delivered the next day but 2 days have passed, the site shows as delivered but its not delivered yet. Cheats!!

Giving 0 rating Received parcel with items (saree, blouse and petticoat)missing in it . I have sent 2 sarees with complete set and one dress but received one saree set and one dress . How can the do this . We trust them send items .

Very very bad service! From Wadgaon Budruk DTDC I have sent 1 Diwali parcel on 7/11/2023 but till the date 16/11/2023 parcel is not received. Diwali was on 12/11/2023. Weightwas 5 kg but they told more than 6 kg.and took 6200 whereas Diwali rate told me 799 . Not good service. Very irritating service!
