Checked through tracking number to see that my 2 parcels reached Bhopal yesterday but have not received yet, today even at 2.30 there is no information, and no call is being received. D69451828 D69451785.. Very disappointing

Iam seen a worst experience here only i ordered something in india and they sended by dtdc but not delivered after a week also when i asked by mail they are not responded iam waiting till now

Very very very worst service I never ever seen. I was booked the courier by 4th Nov, but the package delivered 16th Nov, are they people walk to carry the parcel from bangalore to delhi, due to this careless service I lost my business. If you can't able to deliver why you run the courier service.
