Third Class Service. My order out for delivery on 11th, Nov. Today is 16th. Till he is not reached. May be he came by walk. (They put remark for 11th & 15th nov. That i was not at home or my door was locked.) What rubbished.

-0* rating… I booked international document parcel at 10/11/2023 agent tell parcel reach 4to 5 days but today 16/11/2023 parcel status now delhi. i call costumer care three time but no response. i called now agent tell me your parcel stuck in airport. I asked what a reason agent teel me reason is no space in cargo my parcel is envelope 50g.

Worst service provider. This is the second time experienced and it has worsened. The Dharapur Centre is worst of all, the staff are never responsive nor efficient in handling the consignments.

4 days out for delivery but still not delivered... Even Flipkart parcel 4 days before order and yesterday delivered but DTDC don't deliver in 12 days

My consignment number is K64226584. Delivery was on hold so called to customer care, spoke with Manish Kumar Sharma. His tone and behaviour was so rude. He asked me to update the pin code again and pay through phone pay which I refused beacuse it was already mentioned on the parcel. So he told do whatever you want to do and threaten that he will cancel my order. I request the team to listen to the call +91 83272 53540, time around 10.45.
