The service is so time consuming and delayed...from other state it reaches to Hyderabad in one day and it takes 4 days to reach the destination in Hyderabad.

Worst courier service DTDC is. Courier reached at Indore on 08 Nov 23 but they delivered me on 15 Nov 23 that even after request not even received any call or message from them.... They also charged me to deliver the courier even after paid by sender party. Worst experience not recommended at all

Its worst courier company. I sent the parcel from DTDC pune to gurgaon after 6 days still we haven't received any update about our parcel even on the customer care no customer care executive is available & even we registered the complaint as well by email but no answers from them yet.
