Worst service, I would never go through this service better opt post office services. I courier 8.11.2023, but my parcel is showing not registered yet and all contact numbers are going switched off.

Very poor service... Airways couriers does not reach to the destination in last 6 days... pathetic

I didn't got my parcel it took more then 10 days and still I didn't got they are not calling on my number and messaging that they called and the receiver was not available

Using DTDC Since 2020 when I started my own Logistics company DBL. Using twice in week. One of the best company ever I met across in services. I myself worked for DHL for more than 20 years and found DTDC also at same Service level. God bless.

Hopeless service....It took 6 days to deliver parcel from Pune to Mumbai... Pathetic customer service... Very Very poor response from DTDC staff.... will not go to DTDC in future

It's a very third class courier service

Worst courier service of India. Package sent through Prime service from Dehradun to Jaipur on 10 Oct 2023 but not recieved by receiver till 15 Oct 2023. Reached Jaipur on 12 oct 2023 but still not reached the reciever in Jaipur.
