The most worst courier service I have ever experienced in my life. They didn't deliver courier on proper address. The executive called and asked me to collect my parcel from there office directly 15 km away from my address. And he is speaking very rude towards customer.

I have sent a express courier through DTDT on 11/02/2023 from ernakulam to Tindivanam. I called several times to the Tindivanam branch and they said that the climate is very bad and they cannot deliver it.And they asked the recipient to come and collect . Very worst service I have seen. Now they are not answering the calls. They collect money and not delivered to the recipient adress.Not responsible staff in Tindivanam branch .I won't recommend to anyone their service.

I'm booking for a plus courier Vijayawada to Chennai but delivery time takes 4 days it's very very slow.

Worst delivery service....as I didn't got my parcel.....it's been 8 days ....from ranchi to pune.....if called their help centre....some fraud is demanding a two rupees transaction from phonepe and providing a virus ...in the name of form .... don't download it.

Not upto the mark. Parcel booked in priority and they charge for that separately and still not delivered from 10 nov 23. Last day courier delivery boy without visiting the place , just left the msg "Door Locked" . Horrible experience .
