DTDC reviews

Yesterday I write review regarding poor service of DTDC (14/11/2023). Today i recived call frim DTDC mob no 8910422469 he abused to me with unparliamentary language and he said we will cancel your parcel.

Tracking Movement is very good .

0 star. Very worst courier .. my courier is lying from last 3 days in Jeevan nagar Andheri but still not received. Yesterday called customer care he promised to deliver at 9.30 pm but the parcel was not delivered n the phone was switched off on calling them back n also delivery boy phone was switched off.. they took 2 /- for address registration I don’t know why instead they would have followed address on the packet Still I have not received
