DTDC reviews

My courier was supposed to be delivered today as it was notified to me this morning. I was waiting whole day for the courier to arrive as it was really very urgent but the courier boy did not turned up at doorstep neither he contacted me on my phone number . And just now I received another status update of the courier that my door was locked that is why he did not delivered it which is a big lie . This is really very disappointing. Please take action and deliver my courier at earliest.

very worst service. A courier which usually takes 3 days to deliver now I am waiting for it from last 10 days .I have registered an online complaint but no response and while I called to the center their response is so horrible ..toooo bad customer service. Its my second time experience with this agency ..never ever go for their service.

Oh My goodness I haven’t seen such a worst nightmare of Behaviour or Communication from DTDC. I’ve booked my parcel on 9 November to 14 November till date No delivery, No Updation nor any communication. Whom to contact. Very Worst Response from DTDC

Very worse service for Greater Noida.Delivery agency at taken more than 5 day after reaching at Greater Noida.

Status showing delivered but not received my parcel. I am trying to contact call center many times one no is switched off and anthere no is busy. And There is no other option to raise complaint. Poor response.

I sent 3 times packages from kapurthala to Greater Noida sector 1 but never delivery was made before 8 to 10 days and fake fully delivery agency at Amrapali greater Noida mentioned Door was locked where as this was not happened.

Booked from Ashiana Trade Centre office of DTDC on 9th November '23 for Mysore under urgent category but not yet received & no help available from their help desk. Simply ridiculous and shoking. I demand the excess money paid by me for an urgent delivery & let me know the fate of my parcel.

Worst courier service.... I never prefer dtdc..It takes time 10 days from Ghaziabad to noida ... I sent diwali gift... But not received in time... Even not received after two days from diwali
