Worst and slowest service ever seen … It took 10 days for my parcel to deliver from Jalandhar to kalka which is not more than 200 km …. When calling on the helpline number , they ignore saying that we are jn a meeting ….Hats off to the courier partner

Worst service as everyone says. They don't even call the customer. I didn't get the delivery and also cal but they returned the parcel. I wonder y they buk the courier if the area is not serviceable.

Worsed service generally return the par cel without contacting the customer and very rude response from toll frer or customer care zero ⭐️

Using DTDC services since last 9-10 years - very satisfied with service and always on time. This the best and economical courier service. I almost send 3-4 courier every month.
