One of the worst courier services. Poor response. Irresponsible replies

I am waiting for a parcel since Saturday. Today morning it said 'out for delivery'. After few minutes, it was showing ' the receiver said to deliver parcel on another date'. But, nobody called from Chamrajpet office. Very very poor service. The parcel I am waiting contains medicines..... Sorry Dtdc

Dtdc service is very very worst. They are collecting money too much but delivery is very late

Horrible Service, They mark delivered and the consignment was not delivered. It happened many times. Then we have to call everywhere to find out what happened exactly.

Very poor service they take money for express delivery and give delivery in 7 days poor DHL AND BLUEDART IS BEST

DTDC worst service. They are unable to deliver the cover which received by them on 10th. Still waiting for my parcel. Simply sending a message unable to deliver the parcel.

Worst delivery courier... No time sense at all... Should boycott to continue the business with immediate effect..

DTDC doesn't care about any parcel big or small. It's all depends on their delivery boy's Marzi if they desire and you are ready to pay bakshish only then they will come to deliver, or you have to visit the delivery boy location to collect your parcel. Pathetic service.
