Very good service in Hyderabad, but once it reaches Kerala, it slows down so much. Takes another 3 days!!

IMPORTANT!!!! ALERT!!!! Don't try to call any helpline or toll free number given in the DTDC website. Which all are fake and spam. When you call, they will ask you about the pincode and tells you that your pincode is mismatched to correct the same, they will send you a link and tells you to fill the same, even they will tell you for processing fees 2rupees will be deduct from your account. Once you fill all the details, your bank account will be zero. Don't fall into this trap!!!!!

the worst Currier even it was sent via by air it was not go to neabur state Maharastra ,, it was took 5 days today but still the parcel in transint

My parcel has run from Mumbai on 28/10/23, but I have not yet received my parcel, I do not understand what to do with DTDC service, when no work is done, why do they open it openly

My order is not delivered to me I have ordered it on 5 November and it's 14 November it hasn't arrived yet On 12 November it was in ghaziabad and it is still in ghaziabad showing me that it is in transit Please help me Anyone from DTDC contact me

The worst courier service that I have come across. They can't deliver on time and worst still your can't contact them. You are left in a lurch, what is the use of having advanced tracking systems when you can't be effective on the ground.

For me it was a horrible experience using dtdc ! They simply don't care to deliver your consignment at the given address and don't bother to pick up your follow up phone ! Such a unprofessional attitude ?
