Very worst, they never made an attempt to deliver the parcel but they have returned the parcel stating the reason "door locked".

Pathetic Service!!! I thought its a big name DTDC. But regret handing over a small parcel to be couriered to Kolkata from Mumbai. Its 5 days but still not delivered. On tracking it shows it is sitting at Kolkata for the past 3 days but still not delivered at the destination address at Kolkata. I am sure if I had sent this parcel through Trackon or Balaji it would have been delivered in 3 days time. Also DTDC does not respond to complaints. I promise, never again with DTDC
