My parcel was not delivered, but it shows delivered very very poor service

The most worst service. Just looting promising to deliver on time, but after payments done DTDC officials don't bother for consumer service to see the parcels reach on date promised. Frustrating!!!

My parcel reached this destination on 6th and is showing out for delivery from 6th. Today 13th still no contact from delivery agent, very bad service from DTDC

This us very bad, whike taking the parcel, Dtdc said it would reach the person on 11th, now chaged it to 14th

I have my correct address and did not receive my parcel on time. My parcel was sent back even after mentioning the reverse address correctly. I contacted your delivery agent and again gave the correct address. But they asked me to carry the parcel myself citing insufficient manpower. Inadequate manpower is not the only reason. My house was five minutes away from where I picked up the parcel.

Jowai DTDC notorious for not delivering parcel. Had to fetch from their office everytime.
