Very worst courier services, from Booking office to customer service executive, everyone is insulting their customers.

Very bad service. When booking done it shows a delivery date 5days later after the booking day. When the day came it shows 3 more days to deliver. Even Indian Post deliver parcel within 5days after booking day. Very delay in delivery. Very bad service.

Pathetic. The parcel charges from Bangalore to Udupi was Rs.680/- for the sweet box... Only additional service was bubble wrap which was Rs120.. Not sure what happened to the rest of the amount...
