No fast service very bad

worst service and very slow service

This is the worst courier service.They have not delivered my parcel and I think I might not recieve and they have lost it . And no response from the agency it's almost 15 days.

Verry slow process

Very Poor service. Any how third class service after paying premium plan

The courier was out for delivery on 11-11-2023 and sill did not reach my location till now I.e on 12-11-2023

All most 7days over till l am not getting parcel

3rd class courier service. Chandigarh chowk kothrud Pune. I have given my parcel on 8th Nov 23 morning around 11 am to deliver it to thane. So they asked for fast service & slow service. Fast service will charge 270 rs & will be delivered in 1 day whereas in slow service 90 rs with 2 days. I choosed slow service for 2 days but today that is 12 Nov 23 5th day still package is not delivered

Very poor service. 300 km area location your DTDC neeed 6days to delivery. When I was intimate that am a police official product i need very urgent. But u offer very pooooooor sevice to me. I never use your courier again

C37735689 - parcel booked on Friday 1pm to KUMBAKONAM and still the parcel has not out from Chennai.

Worst is also better than DTDC

Parsel not received

Very bad service, which is not Appreciated! Words not kept up! I booked a parcel to Mumbai! Saying it will reach in 3 days! But today is 11th Nov The parcel is still not delivered! No response from any end in regard to this query!

Worst and pathetic service

Very bad service.....never delivered parcel on time...no proper communication details...DTDC courier service is waste of ur time n money...it's my second experience wth them .... pathetic service
