Very bad service. A week will pass yet a normal order from Maharashtra to goa won't happen. A whole week of time waste. Would had personally visited and delivered it myself. Disgusting service

Worst courier service I’ve ever seen, the expected delivery time was 5 days and it’s been over 10days and the product was not yet delivered.

Worst service ..4 to 5 days were told but it's still in transit after 6 days .I'm disappointed as it was diwali gift for my daughter..I'll prefer DHL in future ...bye to dtdc ..

From office they call and ask for coming to receive goods, because your address is not deliverable, then why taking the orders, DTDC needs to works on employee...
