Worst ever service, they do something and their system speak something. No more reliable.

My consignment is supposed to have received on or before Sep 7 but still not received. While tracking through the system it has already reached Ambathur on Sep 6. Very bad service as they have not yet communicated for the delay.

Very bad service, book parcel for Mumbai on date 03- 09- 24,not yet reached there, no information on web site ( trecking) no customer help line support, not to recommend any more.

Consignment addressed to me is laying at their warehouse since two days and ni body bothers to deliver. Their tracking system is so poor that one can't know the real status. No body ever bothered since last 48 hours to contact either the sender or the receiver. Very sluggice and poor response

It is very bad service since 10 days may courier is not received they don't have any information about my courier they tell stupid things very bad service dnt use these services

Consignment sent from Bhopal to Madurai 10 days before reached my nearest hub in Madurai 5 days before and got message as out for delivery but consignment not yet delivered. Very worst service not even deserve single star.

Third class service my courier sent from Goa on 3rd and today is 9th yet not received
